We worked with R&D to develop the flavors and made over $300K new revenue within 6 months for Farmer Brothers – a nationally recognized foodservice organization. The flavors and packaging included French Vanilla, Holiday Mint, Glazed Donut and Pumpkin Spice. Promotional Kits were built and distributed nationwide to launch new flavor promotions and increase sales. In addition, we developed store merchandising and point of purchase displays to create a comprehensive distributor-marketing program throughout the United States. The sales team and customers were genuinely excited to sell trendy new flavors and distribute new point of purchase materials during the holiday season.
The Most Widely Distributed Cappuccino
Superior Cappuccino is known across the United States as ‘the’ powdered cappuccino brand. Farmer Brothers Foodservice was lucky enough to acquire this brand and take it to the next level. The delicious flavors and notoriety of the brand created a solid base to grow on.
Launching the Program
Our job was to develop limited-time holiday flavors, create packaging – including display box and individual package designs, and to develop and execute a promotional launch program for Superior Cappuccino that looked good enough to drink.
We worked together with the national sales team, R&D, operations and upper management to develop the product flavors, price points, forecast, launch the sales training program, design and distribute the promotional and in-store point of purchase materials and introduce it to the industry through trade shows and events.
